What information do we collect?
When making a reservation or requesting a quote from us, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number.
What do we use your information for?
The information we collect from you may be used for internal statistical research or the following:
- Personalization of your experience: your information helps us to better respond to your individual
- Improvement of customer service: your information helps us to respond to your customer service requests, and support needs more
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
GUARANTEE & PREPAYMENT POLICY

The total price of your stay is in USD and includes tax and service charge.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment must be made with credit card of travelling guest, or by wire transfer. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Special conditions apply for the Festive Season reservations. After the initial deposit, full prepayment must be received 60 days prior to arrival.

Baoase Luxury Resort must be notified of cancellations and reductions in rooms as early as possible. However, this must be no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Due to our limited inventory, cancellation affects us significantly. Therefore, we are required to adhere to the following strict cancellation policy:
- 30 days to 22 days prior to arrival: 50% of all estimated
- 21 days or less to arrival: 100% of all estimated
Special conditions apply for the Festive Season Reservations between December 20th and January 2nd, 2020. After the initial deposit, full prepayment must be received 60 days prior to arrival:
- 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 50% of all estimated
- 30 days or less to arrival: 100% of all estimated
Please note that the resort should be notified in writing. In the event of a no-show or early departure, a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be levied.
Changes to the reservation’s arrival and departure date(s) are subject to approval and written agreement between the parties. In case of changes, e.g. a shortened length of stay or date amendments within 45 days of arrival, the cancellation policy will apply for canceled nights. Full client names are to be made available at the time of booking and name changes will be allowed within the cancellation periods. We always recommend all our guests to arrange travel insurance.
Restaurant Cancellation Policy
For restaurant reservations, the following cancellation policy applies:
- In case your reservation is subject to a pre-payment an invoice will be sent to you via firstname.lastname@example.org. Your reservation is only confirmed when the pre-payment is done.
- More than 72 hours in advance: Full Refund
- Between 72 hours and 24 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours in advance: NO refund, 100% of the amount will be charged
For special group reservations with 10 guests or more and special events, our cancellation policy for events applies.
Should the event be canceled, the following cancellation charges will be imposed:
- More than 90 days prior to the event date: 25% of minimum guaranteed revenue will be charged.
- Between 90 and 60 days prior to the event date: 50% of minimum guaranteed revenue will be charged.
- 60 days prior to the event date: 100% of minimum guaranteed revenue will be charged.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, except for the following dates when a minimum of 7 nights is required:
19 December 2020 – 2 January 2021
Changes to reservations that do not meet the minimum stay may be refused. While we do our best to inform the guests of our policies, it is ultimately the guests’ responsibility to be aware of any minimum stay requirements of their reservation.
We highly recommend all guests to protect themselves from losses due to last minute cancellations or no-shows. Because we are a small, independently owned business and are unable to be flexible with policies. Please read our policy carefully and consider contacting your insurance agent for travel insurance.
MODIFICATION TO OUR SERVICES
We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate our site and/or services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, or termination of our services.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Our check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Our team are at hand all times to facilitate special requests or arrange for baggage storage if required. Please contact Front Office 24 hours in advance if you would like a late check-out or extend your stay (subject to availability and additional costs may apply).
The information on this website is for general information purposes only.
