After many successful editions of Vive La Gastronomie, we are very excited that this event will return on March 5^th and 6^th, 2021. Our Executive Chef René Klop invites Alexander Ioannou (Restaurant Sinne*) to collaborate by creating a unique gastronomic experience at our Sunset Deck. The evening will start at 06:00 PM with a glass of Champagne and 6 amuses while enjoying live music. The Chefs will then serve 5 surprising courses with wine pairing.

Join us for this wonderful event which includes amuses, a glass of Champagne, 5 courses, wine pairing and coffee / tea for USD 225 per person. This two-night only culinary collaboration can be enjoyed by 30 diners per evening, therefore, we kindly advise you to make your reservation soon!
