The following cancellation/penalty policy applies:
• Cancellations made 72 hours before the reservation date and time will be fully refunded (no penalty).
• Cancellations made 48 hours before the reservation date and time will result in a 50% refund of the prepayment (50% penalty).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date and time will not be refunded (100% penalty).
