On Thursdays, we share the bounty of the sea at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant. Besides our usual à la carte dinner, the chefs prepare lavish Fruits de Mer at our live station. Fresh mussels, clams, crab, lobster and magnificent oysters from our local and international markets; they are all served to be shared for those who love what the sea has to offer.
