On Thursdays, we share the bounty of the sea at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant. Besides our usual à la carte dinner, the chefs prepare lavish Fruits de Mer at our live station. Fresh mussels, clams, crab, lobster and magnificent oysters from our local and international markets; they are all served to be shared for those who love what the sea has to offer. The Fruits de Mer experience becomes extra special with live Caribbean and soulful sounds by local talented bands on the beach.
A part of Italy brought to the Caribbean! Experience a culinary discovery around Italy, with dishes made of high-end ingredients. Our Italian Chef uses his expertise to serve only Italian-inspired dishes, such as an ‘Insalata Caprese’, our pasta ‘Penne all’Arrabbiata’ or ‘Risotto allo Zafferano’ (saffron). Every dish can be served with freshly planed truffle at your table.
